He told reporters that his site was built by Wenzhou Hujie Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. to build Zhejiang Qingtian Shengyuan Shoes Co., Ltd.. Since the completion of the pile, the site began to pour concrete works, nearly two years ago, and now there are still more than 10 thousand yuan of wages.

It is understood that Shengyuan shoe industry project owner unit is Zhejiang Royal shoe industry Co., Ltd., the total package unit is Wenzhou Hua Jie Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and the construction site is responsible for Ye Yunlin. On the issue of wages for migrant workers, Ye Yunlin did not deny that "owners do not give money, of course I have no way to pay wages to migrant workers!" He told reporters that the two sides signed the construction contract in December 2007, but the Shengyuan shoe industry did not provide a safe construction site for the three sides of the construction company, which resulted in a delay in the construction period and the construction contractor suffered huge economic losses.

During the construction process, the owner changed 152 engineering drawings without authorization, causing great trouble to the construction, and also delayed the construction period. The construction unit reflects the situation to the owner's engineering director, and finally the engineering director agrees to extend the construction period for 270 days. Ye Yunlin told reporters that the most unacceptable way for him was to pay the progress of the project. Shengyuan shoe industry is obviously in arrears with the project, but when it pays, it has to deduct high interest.

From the signing of the construction contract in December 2007 to the end of October 2009, the project has completed the progress of the project amount of 22953967 yuan, the construction side actually received Qingtian Shengyuan Shoes Co., Ltd. to pay the project cost of 13650000 yuan, still less than the total progress of the project amounted to 9303976 yuan. Liao Jingjiang, deputy director of Qingtian County Construction Bureau, told reporters that the progress of the project is based on the issuance of supervision engineers. We will immediately notify owners, supervisors and construction units to coordinate the wages of workers in the Shengyuan shoe industry. In addition, construction units can also directly take stoppage measures and other legal measures to ask the owner for the progress of the project. If the owner violates the construction contract, he must bear the cost of tardiness, the rent of mechanical equipment and the interest of the construction unit. According to the reporter, at present, Shengyuan shoe industry construction project is still in a state of shutdown, and the owner and the construction side have not yet reached an agreement. Migrant workers say that famous enterprises should not abandon their social responsibilities because of their economic interests.
