China's athletes will participate in 41 major events and 447 minor items, including 28 Olympic Games, 280 minor items, 13 non Olympic Games and 167 minor items.


The Olympic Games of the Chinese delegation, except for some outstanding players who are unable to compete because of injuries and other reasons, are mostly competing with the main players.

261 athletes participated in the Beijing Olympic Games, and 322 participated in the comprehensive international competitions such as the Olympic Games and the Asian Games.
