According to the decision of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council, since December 15, 2011, China has imposed anti-dumping duties and countervailing duties on some imported automobile products originating in the United States for a period of 2 years. P

In October 2012, according to the application of Nissan North America (Inc.), the Ministry of Commerce conducted a new exporter's investigation on anti-dumping and countervailing measures applicable to the imported automobile products originating from the company.

At the same time, the General Administration of Customs issued the Announcement No. forty-ninth of 2012, which stipulates that during the period of reexamination, the customs will impose an anti dumping duty and a countervailing duty deposit on some imported auto products originating in Nissan (North America) Automobile Co., Ltd.

According to the results of the new exporter's review, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council decided to adjust the anti-dumping duty and countervailing duty rate of the imported products of Nissan (North America) Automobile Co., Ltd., and the Ministry of Commerce issued the Announcement No. forty-second of 2013 (see Annex) for this purpose.

The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: < /p >


(P > 1) since July 18, 2013, anti-dumping duties and countervailing duties have been levied on some automobile products imported from Nissan (North America) Automobile Co., according to the adjusted anti-dumping duty < a href= "//www.sjfzxm.com/" > /a > (3.6%) and countervailing duty (0%).
